I am not a doctor, nutritionist, chef, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free or dairy free but I am a Mom, Grandma and caregiver for a vegan and a gluten free family member. I would like to give advice and get advice from all you caregivers out there on how to balance and satisfy all the different types of diets That I handle all the time. How do you handle the people that think that you can just have a little bit and it won’t hurt you. What do you do for holidays? Do you have quick everyday recipes that you don’t need to be a chemist to execute properly? I have a lot of the answers but I’m looking for any suggestions that have worked for you!
